Today is a great day for the ODJ, we will finally release our previously announced new ODJ Access Management. For the moment we will reuse the currently existing roles in the ODJ (Engineer & Owner), but we prepare a switch to NEO compliant roles soon (we will announce this migration separately).

What does this mean in detail for you as our beloved customers? During the day we will switch the ODJ to a new endpoint, we will inform about this separately in the afternoon. There is no need to prepare from your side, you´ll be redirected automatically to the new ODJ endpoint.

We do provide you extended support for the this migration phase, pls use the Hypercare Channel to report any issues and to get support. Beside this we created a dedicated ODJ Documentation.

For our external customers it will be necessary to have MultiFactorAuthentication activated, but we have documented this as well

info

This is not related to the SIAM outages that we all have faced last week, it was planned to migrate to our own Access-Management for a long time.

Hello all,

we need your help! We want to see your Azure DevOps projects in the ODJ as of 31.10.2023!

Why?

Until the end of the financial year, there will be some changes around Azure DevOps and other systems, and for this it is important that all Azure DevOps projects are present in the ODJ.

You'll find out exactly what these changes will be in a few weeks. In any case, step one is to bring your Azure DevOps projects into the ODJ.

What do you have to do for this?

If you do not yet have an ODJ subscription for which an Azure DevOps project would fit, you will need to create a new one. It is also necessary to create at least one basic product in the ODJ after you have created the subscription (IMPORTANT: Do not create an Azure DevOps project, as this will be imported).
