How to get support
We are very sorry but we had to stop the possibility to get support via MS Teams.
We try to provide you the best possible support and this is not possible via MS Teams since this is a chat platform and does not provide us all the features we need for our support.
Of course you can still use the channel to get support from other ODJ users, but please do not expect to get direct support from us there.
Next to that we kindly ask you to not directly get in contact with us without an IT4YOU-Ticket.

It would be great if you start your Subject in with "Feature Request:" .
Please describe your Feature Request as detailed as possible and do not link discussions written in MS Teams.
Support process
After you have created a Ticket in IT4YOU, we will analyze the ticket if you have provided all necessary data and which domain of the ODJ your request belongs to. It will be delegated then to the correct ODJ-Domain-Group, where the corresponding Domain Owner will help you directly or tries to find the best colleague in the ODJ to help you out.
Don't be confused, it is not possible for you to directly assign tickets to these dedicated IT4YOU Groups.
Small remark regarding the field "Affected CI": Please use your own CI and not the ODJ, since you are affected and the ODJ will most probably be the "Causative CI".
Training
We offer ODJ and MyAPI trainings for different skill levels. The courses are usually in English, but depending on demand we also offer the ODJ training once a quarter in German.
